Zach quickly got me an estimate based on some photos I sent and immediately located and priced the hot water heater we would need. I especially appreciated his patience while my husband and I went back and forth on the phone and weighed out options before we made a final decision to go with Royal Flush. At the house, Lonnie was courteous, efficient, and professional. He answered a lot of my questions and provided information about other Royal Flush services and the Club membership without pressuring me.
